What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads.
• Execute personalized outreach strategies using email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify leads by analyzing prospects' unique recruiting needs and hiring approaches.
• Create new business opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
• Collaborate with a team of SDRs to achieve collective goals and share best practices.

Requirements

• Must provide evidence of the right to work in Ireland (no employment permit sponsorship provided).
• Strong work ethic and effective prioritization skills.
• Ability to tailor written and verbal communication styles to various audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about integrating them into workflows.
• Experience in cold-calling and cold-emailing is considered a plus.
