Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel) - 4 days in office

What you will do

• Conduct outbound prospecting using cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media.
• Utilize research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the sales development process.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to act as a domain expert.
• Participate in weekly training and daily coaching to continuously upskill.
• Potentially act as a closer for smaller deals generated from original meetings.

Requirements

• 1+ years of outbound SDR experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with advanced technology and sales enablement tools.
• High level of resilience, tenacity, and goal orientation.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv and able to work in-office 4 days a week.
