TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for an autonomous IT platform with an accent on pipeline creation and relationship building. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, assessing buying readiness, and managing the top of the sales funnel.

Location: Hybrid in New York (3 office days per week)

Salary: 100,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to classify accounts based on the ideal customer profile.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess their buying readiness and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM to influence reporting, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Represent hirify.global at events and conferences to generate new business leads.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in sales or related business experience.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating new leads.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Must be based in New York to support the hybrid office model.
