Procurement Specialist (Spanish)

Procurement Specialist with Spanish (SAP/Ariba): Managing operational purchasing and logistics activities, from purchase requisitions and purchase orders to supplier onboarding and invoice discrepancy resolution, with an accent on procurement compliance, order monitoring, and stakeholder support. Focus on executing PR-to-PO processes in SAP, maintaining vendor data, resolving payment issues, and developing sourcing expertise through RFQ activities.

Location: Hybrid work model with mandatory office presence 8 days per month. The role supports the Procurement Team in the European Operation Center, with key stakeholders in Energy Industries Spain.

What you will do

• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in SAP.
• Manage direct purchasing activities across SAP, BOL, SoFa, and Wizard.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payments.
• Monitor open orders, confirmations, goods receipts, and supplier follow-ups.
• Support supplier onboarding and registration through Ariba.
• Maintain vendor master data, report savings, and participate in RFQ activities.

Requirements

• Spanish: C1/C2 fluency required.
• Business English at B2/C1 level required.
• At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, customer focus, and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
