What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for local goods and services to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local suppliers, monitoring performance and handling escalations.
• Lead contract negotiations for small to mid-size suppliers in alignment with procurement governance.
• Ensure full compliance with Group procurement policies, local procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to align procurement priorities and support business needs.
• Provide spend analysis, procurement reports, and risk insights to local leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a multinational or matrixed environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Manager, Lead, or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or SAP) and e-sourcing tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish (full conversational level).
• Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
