What you will do

• Execute procurement transactions by drafting service agreements and work authorizations.
• Manage modifications and amendments to existing vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk departments to ensure organizational compliance.
• Provide support for inquiries and resolve procurement-related issues via phone and email.
• Track and report performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing events and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain OR 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
• Ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
