What you will do

• Source and onboard advisory clients from hirify.global's user base and personal networks.
• Construct and manage personalized portfolios across the company's product offerings.
• Own the entire client relationship lifecycle, from discovery and onboarding to review and retention.
• Provide client insights to the product team to influence future development.
• Define the standards, processes, and tooling to create the blueprint for the advisory function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office in Brazil.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Location: Must be based in São Paulo for a hybrid work model (3-4 days in-office).
• ANBIMA certifications (CPA-20 minimum, CEA preferred) and/or CVM registration as AAI.
• Proven ability to independently source and convert high-value clients.
• Strong analytical skills for portfolio construction across multiple asset classes.
