What you will do

• Implement collateral structures by analyzing business model characteristics and vulnerabilities to mitigate risk within the payment scheme.
• Monitor collateral sufficiency, eligibility, maturity dates, and adherence to internal policies for clients and counterparties.
• Manage the full collateral lifecycle, including creation, renewal, replacement, release, and enforcement.
• Control and monitor collateral agreements to ensure they are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports and management presentations featuring risk indicators and guarantee positions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify risk deterioration or deviations from defined parameters.

Requirements

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of work experience in credit risk, financial risk, guarantee controls, or structured transactions.
• Fluent written and verbal proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital tools to optimize analysis and productivity.
• Experience with financial institutions, banks, custodians, or fintechs.
• Knowledge of the four-party payment model and collateral instruments like bonds, receivables, or escrow accounts.
• Experience with risk control or contract management systems.
