TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Supporting company financial planning through the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans with an accent on strategic partnership across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Location: On-site in São Paulo or Santa Rita Do Sapucai, Brazil

What you will do
- Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Create financial models for pricing, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Support monthly financial close processes through variance analysis.
- Contribute to the standardization and automation of FP&A tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Advanced command of Excel and BI tools.
Nice to have
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
- Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling certification.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
