What you will do

• Deliver portfolio-level financial analysis, including budget health, forecast accuracy, and margin performance.
• Lead project financial oversight across the full lifecycle from award to closeout, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget) to identify scope creep and emerging risks.
• Develop and maintain trial operations KPIs that link operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Create scalable dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support portfolio governance and executive review.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to Clinical Solutions department heads for planning and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, with a strong preference for CRO or clinical research industry experience.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
