What you will do

• Translate the UKI DTC strategy into focused growth priorities and execute them quickly.
• Own revenue, margin, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and payback metrics.
• Build and scale the DTC proposition, including subscriptions, fulfilment, trading operations, and customer experience.
• Use CRM, lifecycle marketing, first-party data, and personalization to increase repeat purchases and customer value.
• Run experiments across propositions, creative, customer journeys, and offers, scaling successful initiatives.
• Develop social commerce through creator partnerships and a TikTok Shop playbook while connecting DTC insights to retail.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling a DTC business in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience across trading, conversion rate optimization, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and repeat-purchase categories.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, paid and organic growth, creator marketing, and social commerce.
• Fluent understanding of DTC unit economics and the ability to turn data into commercial action.
• Proven coaching and cross-functional leadership skills, including influencing without direct authority.
• Comfort switching between strategy, analysis, trading, experimentation, and execution.
