What you will do

• Develop and maintain a data-led digital content and merchandising strategy for TikTok Shop UK.
• Manage day-to-day shop operations, including promotions, pricing, vouchers, and platform policy updates.
• Own GMV forecasting, tracking performance against targets and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, and retention to leadership.
• Collaborate with DTC, Social, Category Marketing, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and develop a direct report, setting clear objectives and supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance dashboards.
• Ability to build and report on sales/GMV forecasts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid setup)

• Previous experience in people management.
