What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end CRM and customer retention strategy.
  • Develop customer lifecycle, segmentation, and automation programmes.
  • Lead CRM performance reporting and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continual optimization through structured testing and analysis.
  • Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and content teams to maximize customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience within CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • Proven success in delivering measurable revenue and retention growth.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Confidence operating autonomously within a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from London or Brighton offices 3 days a week.
