What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CRM and customer retention strategy.
- Develop customer lifecycle, segmentation, and automation programmes.
- Lead CRM performance reporting and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continual optimization through structured testing and analysis.
- Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and content teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
- Proven success in delivering measurable revenue and retention growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Confidence operating autonomously within a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from London or Brighton offices 3 days a week.
