CRM Lead (Subscriptions) (CRM, Lifecycle Marketing): Owning subscription retention for a fast-growing personal care eCommerce business with an accent on churn reduction, subscriber LTV, and personalised lifecycle programmes. Focus on building onboarding, pre-churn, pause-and-save, win-back, and post-purchase flows, while shaping cross-sell and reactivation and leading one senior CRM executive.
Location: London Bridge, UK; hybrid with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the subscription retention agenda, including churn reduction, subscriber LTV, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop merchandising strategies for the expanding product range to drive cross-sell, upgrades, and reactivation.
- Build and optimise subscription flows covering onboarding, pre-churn intervention, pause-and-save, win-back, and post-purchase engagement.
- Use segmentation and data to personalise CRM, email, and SMS communications and drive repeat revenue.
- Line manage one senior CRM executive and support their development and output.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Creative on retention strategy, product launches, and the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning subscription retention in a D2C or eCommerce business.
- Strong understanding of churn cohorts, subscriber LTV, and retention levers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email automation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge, Skio, or Ordergroove.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to test performance and make commercial trade-offs.
- Strategic and hands-on approach, plus line management experience or readiness to develop a direct report.
