What you will do

• Build and expand the managed service provider partner ecosystem in Germany.
• Identify, sign, onboard, and enable new partners.
• Guide partners through discussions, contracts, onboarding, and business planning.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and support mutual growth.
• Represent the business at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to maximize partner impact.

Requirements

• Experience building partnerships, developing partner ecosystems, or driving new business with MSPs, SaaS, or software companies.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset.
• Background in software or SaaS sales.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent German and good command of English required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
