What you will do

  • Drive and orchestrate large, complex sales cycles for public sector and higher education customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling to identify business challenges and create tailored security solutions.
  • Position the hirify.global portfolio against the competitive landscape to meet customer needs.
  • Create clear goals and accurate forecasting through the development of detailed territory plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners for a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Travel as necessary within the assigned territory and attend company-wide meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in the networking or security industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex solutions, value selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Technical aptitude to understand how technology products solve specific business problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process.
  • English and German language proficiency (strong written and spoken communication).
  • Must be based in Germany (no immigration sponsorship provided).
