What you will do
- Manage key partners and end users within the German region.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating business plans with partners.
- Motivate, educate, and train partners on products and technologies.
- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven background in Channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
- Experience building business and marketing plans specifically for the Enterprise market.
- Ability to deliver sales training in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills for executives and individual contributors.
- Strong self-starter with a competitive, hunter-type mentality.
