What you will do

• Manage overall profitability for complex product lines with significant dollar volume.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
• Create and administer launch plans for new products and strategies for increasing the share of existing products.
• Manage communication planning for product decommissioning and retirement.
• Plan and participate in sales promotions, trade shows, and professional user meetings.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid).
• Valid driver's license and passport for occasional business travel.
• Compliance with healthcare customer vaccination and immunization requirements (including COVID-19 and Influenza).
• Ability to undergo national criminal background checks and drug screening for vendor credentialing.
