What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy and deliverables for high-complexity new product initiatives from concept to commercialization.
• Develop target product profiles, value propositions, and evidence-based business cases.
• Integrate clinical insights to ensure products reflect patient outcomes and medical needs.
• Perform market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessments and unmet need identification.
• Build robust financial models, including revenue projections, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, Economics, or related field).
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, or regulated healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with stage-gate processes and tools.
• Knowledge of the advanced wound care market, including negative pressure wound therapies.
