Salary: $133,600 - $200,400 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute short and long-term global market business plans to drive growth for the pancreaticobiliary portfolio.
• Lead regional product launches and market development strategies for Beacon and Dragonfly.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party strategic partners to define market requirements for new innovations and roadmaps.
• Analyze competitive offerings and IP positions to predict market trends and identify share-gain opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure product saleability and manage obsolescence.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams to translate global plans into local execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or portfolio management (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
• Ability to travel globally up to 40%.
