Location: Onsite in Lafayette, CO (minimum 4 days a week)

Salary: $103,200 - $154,800

What you will do

• Drive strategic marketing planning and execution for the CSF product portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies.
• Develop value propositions and market campaigns grounded in clinical evidence and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Sales to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams.
• Lead annual marketing plans, budgeting, forecasting, and event marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with neurosurgical procedures (Hydrocephalus shunt, EVD placement, ICU).
• Background in downstream marketing for long-term implantable medical devices.
• Operating room exposure and understanding of material science in brain anatomy.
