What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for platform capabilities including APIs, data connectors, and metadata exchange.
• Translate customer problems and technical constraints into scalable, reusable platform features.
• Lead AI-assisted product discovery and delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to ensure intuitive and maintainable platform experiences.
• Define success metrics focused on customer adoption, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Support product launches through release readiness, documentation, and customer enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Mansfield, MA.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and interoperability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and UX.
