What you will do

• Support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment.
• Assist with routine technical problem-solving, process development, validation, and optimization.
• Support quality control and assurance activities in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, records, data, and reports using tools such as Excel and SAP.
• Participate in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, automation, inventory tracking, and digital manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and external stakeholders while completing academic coursework and workplace projects.

Requirements

• Secondary school completion or an equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility and commitment to enroll in and complete a recognized Manufacturing Engineering apprenticeship program.
• 0–1 years of related experience and an interest in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Basic mathematics, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain attention to detail, handle sensitive information securely, and work under supervision.
• Willingness to combine academic study with structured workplace learning.

• Strong academic performance in mathematics, science, or engineering-related subjects.
• Exposure to technical, mechanical, or manufacturing environments through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
