TL;DR

Continuous Improvement Engineer (Manufacturing): Identifying and reducing waste across manufacturing and administrative processes with an accent on Lean methodologies, process ownership, and intelligent automation. Focus on designing improvement frameworks, implementing LCIA and RPA initiatives, and independently facilitating kaizen events.

Location: Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim, Ireland

What you will do

Identify waste in manufacturing and administrative processes and develop project frameworks to address it.
Support process owners in applying Lean methodologies, including LPMS and standard work.
Design and implement Low Cost Intelligent Automation (LCIA).
Identify organizational needs and drive RPA commitments.
Facilitate kaizen events, accelerate implementation, and follow up on action lists.
Reduce engineered waste through continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience or capability in Lean methodologies and standard work.
Ability to identify process waste and translate improvement opportunities into projects.
Capability to design and implement low-cost intelligent automation solutions.
Ability to facilitate kaizen events and coordinate follow-up actions.
Availability to work onsite in Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim, Ireland.
