What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with insurance broker partners in the Netherlands.
• Serve as primary contact for broker accounts ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
• Support partners professionally from contract drafting to deal closing.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness.
• Represent solutions at trade fairs and events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Understanding or willingness to learn cybersecurity landscape.
