Insurance Broker Partnerships Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Belgium; travel up to 60% of the time, including trade fairs and events

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage new and existing insurance broker partners in the Netherlands to support the sale of cyber insurance solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for broker accounts and maintain partner satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
• Support partners throughout the commercial process, from drafting contracts to closing deals.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources that improve broker effectiveness.
• Present hirify.global solutions at trade fairs and events and collaborate with Sales and Marketing colleagues.

Requirements

• First experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships.
• Analytical skills and solid strategic planning ability.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a team-oriented, solution-focused approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ambitious targets.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, or willingness to gain it, with the ability to integrate cybersecurity into partner, client, and service models.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
