What you will do

• Design and build high-fidelity, polished interfaces across the product.
• Improve frontend craft, interaction design, motion, visual detail, and performance under real usage.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to turn early ideas into shippable customer experiences.
• Make architectural decisions for frontend systems that scale with the product.
• Mentor engineers on design sensibility and frontend craft.
• Develop broader product ownership by understanding customer needs, business context, and end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Strong design instincts and a preference for building rather than only writing specifications.
• Deep expertise in a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, Svelte, or SolidJS.
• Experience shipping interfaces with strong visual and interaction quality.
• Experience building complex frontend components involving performance, real-time data, animation, or sophisticated user experiences.
• Staff-plus ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with limited direction.
• Authorization to work on-site in the United States; visa and work-permit sponsorship is available.

• Experience shipping products end-to-end to external customers.
• Startup or early-stage company experience.
