• Own and continuously improve the product design system across Figma and code.
• Build polished, reusable React and Next components for the web product.
• Implement delightful interactions and high-quality details across the product experience.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to raise the product quality bar.

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering skills with proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Experience with animation and interaction libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Ability to build robust, DOM-compliant, accessible, reusable, and cross-platform React components.
• Experience creating scalable, maintainable, and code-compatible design systems in Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating polished web or engineering projects and strong attention to detail.
• Creative approach to improving product experiences in AI and finance.

Nice to have

• iOS development experience.
• Located in New York City or willing to relocate.
