What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance broker partners to sell Cyber Insurance solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for broker accounts ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
• Support contract drafting, deal closing, and professional partner support.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness.
• Represent solutions at trade fairs and events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to develop partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
