What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and events.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all customer touchpoints and communication materials.
• Coordinate the marketing calendar and collaborate with design, content, and product teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Support the localization of marketing materials for international markets.
• Explore and implement new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance marketing productivity.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing principles, Google Analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and CMS management (WordPress).
• Analytical mindset with strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms.
