What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for product launches, announcements, and ecosystem activations.
• Create and coordinate product pages, blog posts, newsletters, announcements, and social content.
• Refine product messaging and translate technical updates into clear, credible communications.
• Support partner marketing through joint announcements, launch kits, and coordinated content distribution.
• Maintain content calendars, launch checklists, asset libraries, and other repeatable marketing processes.
• Track campaign KPIs, support events and community initiatives, and coordinate with Product, Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles, ideally within Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Solid understanding of crypto markets and derivatives, including perpetuals, futures, options, or rates products.
• Ability to market technical products to institutional and professional trading audiences.
• Hands-on execution mindset with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
