🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, email, and community channels to drive awareness and adoption.
2️⃣ Own Plume's content calendar, including blog posts, threads, newsletters, and educational content explaining RWAfi concepts to varied audiences.
3️⃣ Partner with Design on campaign assets, landing pages, and launch materials for new products and partnerships.
4️⃣ Coordinate co-marketing with issuer and institutional partners around new asset launches and integrations.
5️⃣ Manage and grow Plume's social presence (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram) and community engagement programs.
6️⃣ Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and iterate based on data.
7️⃣ Support BD and leadership with talking points, one-pagers, and materials for conferences and press.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or another technical/regulated industry.
2️⃣ Strong writing skills; able to make complex financial and technical concepts clear and compelling.
3️⃣ Experience running multi-channel campaigns and measuring performance against clear KPIs.
4️⃣ Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Design in a fast-moving environment.
5️⃣ Familiarity with crypto-native channels and community norms (X, Discord, Telegram).
💡 Preferred Experience
1️⃣ Prior marketing experience at a crypto protocol, exchange, or DeFi project.
2️⃣ Experience marketing to both retail crypto users and institutional/TradFi audiences simultaneously.
3️⃣ Familiarity with RWA tokenization, DeFi primitives, or securities-adjacent marketing compliance considerations.
