What you will do

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and content production timelines from concept to completion.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools and workflows using platforms like Asana and Notion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on CRM databases to enable outreach and pipeline activation.
• Manage vendor relationships, marketing assets, and internal documentation.
• Track budgets, requisitions, invoices, and campaign performance metrics to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, and engineering teams to align messaging and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management.
• Solid understanding of marketing terminology, workflows, and campaign processes.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CMS tools, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the Menlo Park office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or crypto/blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.
