Senior Project Manager, PaaS & Cloud Automation

Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Own Architecture & Technology projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Lead technical delivery teams across cloud platforms, platform automation, middleware, and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services.
• Guide engineering work from analysis and architecture through development and live service.
• Manage project financials, resources, scope, quality, timelines, risks, and issues.
• Align clients, sales teams, engineers, peers, and senior stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Translate business ambitions into technical delivery plans and communicate technical constraints in commercial language.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience in technical, cross-functional projects.
• University degree in technology, business, or a comparable field.
• Track record of delivering complex programs across multiple engineering teams and the full software lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Platform Engineering, automation, and IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and BPaaS concepts.
• Technical credibility with engineers, including the ability to discuss implementation details and drive consensus.
• Effective English communication up to C-suite and Board level.
