Senior Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

What you will do

• Own complex digital projects end-to-end, from concept and pitch through planning, implementation, launch, and final delivery.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements with clients and internal teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary Agile teams involving developers, designers, architects, product specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, changes, escalations, quality, and delivery governance.
• Act as a senior client contact, facilitate workshops and steering meetings, and translate business requirements into project plans.
• Improve project management methods and tools, mentor other Project Managers, and create AI-powered processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, ideally in a digital agency, software development, consulting, or technology environment.
• Experience managing complex digital projects, enterprise clients, digital transformation initiatives, web technologies, and modern digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development processes, project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical experts and senior business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent German and English at C1-C2 level required.
