Senior Engineer & Scrum Master 100% (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Enable agile team communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective value delivery.
• Support the Product Owner with product and backlog management techniques.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events, team cadences, artifacts, PI Planning, and OVS demos.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, coach team members, and foster psychologically safe collaboration.
• Design, develop, maintain, and test software modules against performance, security, and quality criteria.
• Lead code reviews, integration testing, architectural decisions, fault diagnosis, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science or an equivalent diploma.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
• Certification in an agile project framework such as SAFe.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend programming languages, software architecture, design patterns, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Strong communication, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are required.
