Salary: $193,800–$313,500 base salary annually for U.S.-based roles, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define the vision and scalability roadmap for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and CLM platforms.
• Lead delivery of end-to-end Opportunity to Order capabilities covering opportunity management, quoting, order orchestration, and contracts.
• Build integrations between Salesforce, ERP, subscription management, billing, provisioning, and fulfillment systems.
• Drive API-first architecture, microservices integration patterns, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
• Introduce AI-assisted tooling, LLMs, and agentic workflows, including Salesforce Agentforce, into CRM operations.
• Recruit, manage, and develop multiple engineering teams and engineering managers while aligning with Product, Sales Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
• 5+ years leading and scaling engineering teams, including engineering managers.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning components, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and/or Revenue Cloud solutions and understanding Opportunity-to-Cash and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Experience designing API-driven architectures and microservices-based integrations, with fluency in Agile delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong technical and business communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3–5+ years at director or senior engineering management level leading multiple global teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, data lifecycle management, and enterprise-scale microservices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns and agentic workflows in enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, scaling organizations, and delivering against aggressive business goals.
