What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Own day-to-day delivery accountability, including planning, execution, and quality releases.
• Manage the technical roadmap for AI-driven sales enablement and customer intelligence features.
• Oversee platform operations, including incident management, change management, and SLAs.
• Partner with Product Owners and Principal Architects to uphold technical standards and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and team performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in McKinney, Texas 4 days per week.
• Minimum 7 years in technology delivery/operations, including 3+ years managing teams.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in product ownership or management with CRM/Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CI/CD release management.
• Experience with ITSM tooling such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, App Builder).
• Experience operating AI/copilot platforms.
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM) certifications.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's).
