Director / Sr. Director - Digital Engineering (Digital Engineering): Leading strategic client engagements and overseeing large-scale Product Engineering transformation programs across Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas industries with an accent on PLM and AI integration. Focus on driving end-to-end transformation roadmaps, expanding practice growth, and designing target operating models for executive stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle
Salary: $180,000 – $280,000

What you will do
- Lead strategic client engagements and drive growth in Digital and Product Engineering domains.
- Develop end-to-end Engineering transformation roadmaps in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through proposals and contract pursuits.
- Design and deliver large-scale transformation programs focusing on PLM, AI, and GenAI.
- Grow the Digital Engineering practice by recruiting and mentoring top talent.
- Define target operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consulting or Digital Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading major Product Engineering transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing technologies.
- Strong business development skills and demonstrated success in revenue growth.
- Knowledge of AI, GenAI, and data-driven approaches in engineering environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA or Engineering) preferred.
