Salary: $180,000 – $280,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic client engagements and drive growth in Digital and Product Engineering domains.
• Develop end-to-end Engineering transformation roadmaps in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Identify and close new business opportunities through proposals and contract pursuits.
• Design and deliver large-scale transformation programs focusing on PLM, AI, and GenAI.
• Grow the Digital Engineering practice by recruiting and mentoring top talent.
• Define target operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting or Digital Engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of leading major Product Engineering transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing technologies.
• Strong business development skills and demonstrated success in revenue growth.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, and data-driven approaches in engineering environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA or Engineering) preferred.
