What you will do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new partners in Thailand.
• Build and manage a profitable partner portfolio through long-term relationships.
• Provide partners with tailored solutions and strategic insights.
• Develop existing and new markets to increase revenue and market presence.
• Represent hirify.global at expos, trainings, and seminars, including regional travel.
• Track partner activity in CRM and report performance, risks, and improvement areas to management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Forex or CFD sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
• Fluent English and Thai required.
• Willingness to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Ability to consistently meet partner acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
