What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) portfolios to secure pipeline and new revenue.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries, business models, and market clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and other account leaders to develop and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Collect and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to drive product improvements and escalation.
• Expand client networks to identify and engage new budget holders.
• Monitor and communicate product needs and market trends related to CBI+B solutions.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in sales and account management.
• Proven expertise in the data analytics industry, specifically Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, and Shopper Behavior.
• Experience working directly with FMCG clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and a growth-oriented mindset toward revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends and interdependencies impacting customers.
