What you will do

• Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, custom objects, and integrations.
• Implement GTM workflows, automation, data models, forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM systems, including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and bulk uploads.
• Support end users with lead routing, assignment logic, round-robin processes, SLA issues, enrichment gaps, and scoring problems.
• Design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows such as deal scoring, risk detection, and activity summarization.
• Partner with sales, business operations, marketing operations, and engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical administrator or developer capacity.
• 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, automation, custom objects, and complex business logic.
• Experience testing and deploying Salesforce solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API.
• Practical understanding of product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, and compensation administration.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Level 1 certification or higher.
• Experience with source control and Salesforce deployments.
