What you will do

• Own the tech stack, managing integrations, configurations, and automations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools.
• Implement AI solutions within the revenue stack to improve system administration and end-user experience.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the Marketing-to-Sales handoff and partner portal experience.
• Administer CPQ and CSM platforms to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide user enablement and change management support for the GTM team.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on ownership and administration experience with Salesforce.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining CPQ, PRM, and CSM platforms.
• Strong data fundamentals including field schema design, picklist governance, and data normalization.
• Experience with the GTM stack: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Clari, Impartner, Outreach, DealHub, and LeanData.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
