Product Owner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for the internal operating system.
• Launch and improve a company-wide KPI platform used by founders, the board, and departments.
• Build the employee directory, including profiles, organizational structure, KPI attribution, and HR-stack integrations.
• Help department leads define, commit to, and report on meaningful KPIs.
• Partner with back-office engineering on platform architecture and data-schema decisions.
• Track adoption and usage, iterating quickly based on internal feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years at a top technology company.
• Founder mindset with the ability to solve problems and build products from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort working deeply with data and processes.
• Excellent written communication and confidence working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or organizational-data products.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
