What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for embedded analytics and self-service reporting within Certent Equity Management.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and lead engineering ceremonies.
• Author comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, data model requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and the Logi platform team to identify and close capability gaps.
• Lead discovery sessions and conduct demos for equity administrators, HR, and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience working with embedded analytics, BI, or data visualization platforms.
• Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts, plan structures, and award types.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
• Hands-on experience configuring Logi Symphony or similar embedded analytics platforms.
• Experience with equity administration platforms like Certent Equity Management.
• Familiarity with data access and governance in financial services or HR technology.
