What you will do
- Manage the roadmap for embedded analytics and self-service reporting capabilities leveraging the Logi Symphony platform.
- Own the product backlog, including sprint prioritization and leadership of engineering ceremonies.
- Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, data model requirements, and user workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and platform teams to identify and resolve capability gaps.
- Lead discovery sessions and conduct demos for equity administrators, HR, and finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience working with embedded analytics, BI, or data visualization platforms.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven track record of delivering reporting or analytics product features from concept to launch.
- Understanding of data modeling and dashboard design for enterprise SaaS applications.
- Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts, including plan structures and award types.
Nice to have
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
- Hands-on experience configuring Logi Symphony or comparable BI platforms.
- Experience with equity administration platforms like Certent Equity Management.
- Familiarity with data access and governance requirements in financial services or HR tech.
