Salary: $99,000 – $124,000 Annual

What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for embedded analytics and self-service reporting within Certent Equity Management.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and lead engineering ceremonies.
- Author comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, data model requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and the Logi platform team to identify and close capability gaps.
- Lead discovery sessions and conduct demos for equity administrators, HR, and finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience working with embedded analytics, BI, or data visualization platforms.
- Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts, plan structures, and award types.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
- Hands-on experience configuring Logi Symphony or similar embedded analytics platforms.
- Experience with equity administration platforms like Certent Equity Management.
- Familiarity with data access and governance in financial services or HR technology.
