What you will do

• Coordinate project management systems and risk assessments to ensure smooth inter-departmental timelines and deadlines.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder interactions and reporting, including engagement with VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Direct onsite staff and oversee deliverables like badging and merchandise for custom event delivery.
• Manage the collation of speaker assets and coordinate production logistics for live content.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive success metric reports.
• Track meeting minutes and monitor task reporting and monitoring.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Significant experience in project management for mid-to-large scale exhibitions, conferences, or sports events.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Smart Sheets, and Airtable.
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken) required.
• Experience with Esports, gaming, defense, aviation, or managing hackathons and CTFs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
