What you will do

• Lead execution of complex, multi-national development projects for electronic systems including hardware, firmware, and software.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, industrial, supply chain, and external partners.
• Implement strong project governance, control processes, and structured reporting for senior management.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks while ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Act as a key interface with customers to foster long-term trust and transparent communication.
• Anticipate and resolve issues proactively in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Proven experience in aeronautics, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems development and product lifecycle management.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success managing international, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with product lifecycle milestones such as PDR, CRD, TRR, and QR.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of Design Assurance standards (DO-178C, DO-254).
• Experience working within certified environments (DAL A/B/C).
• Proficiency in French for interaction with local teams and suppliers.
• Familiarity with PLM tools and processes.
