What you will do

• Manage the full post-award contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and closeout.
• Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, payments, and contractual obligations.
• Lead contract changes, claims, disputes, settlements, and risk management activities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and contract performance metrics.
• Supervise and develop the post-contract management team.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve contractual issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Finance, or Procurement.
• Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience, including at least 5 years in post-award management.
• Proven experience managing complex contracts, claims, variations, and settlements.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.

• Professional certifications such as WorldCC, CIPS, PMP, or FIDIC.
