What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM growth strategies and sales plans for EMEA PUBSEC to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Provide sales and operational leadership to the EMEA PUBSEC sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to synchronize sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and engage with regulators and government agencies.
• Manage and nurture relationships with government decision-makers to identify and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise-level project implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PUBSEC sales and leadership experience driving revenue for fast-paced technology organizations.
• Established network in Germany and the EMEA region, including federal agencies and prime contractors.
• Proven track record in consultative solution sales and deep understanding of regional procurement and budget cycles.
• Must be based in Germany with willingness to travel (25-35%).
• Essential: Proficiency in English and German languages.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
