FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst (Finance): Managing financial rhythms, planning, and analysis across headcount, COGS, and marketing spend with an accent on executive-ready reporting and variance analysis. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; preference for East Coast or ability to work East Coast hours)

Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own headcount planning, forecasting, and budget tracking across the business, including compensation assumptions and hiring timing.
• Maintain COGS visibility, support recurring forecasting, and perform detailed variance analysis.
• Partner with Marketing to monitor spend and evaluate the financial impact of campaigns and partnerships.
• Support the weekly ARR forecast by validating assumptions and maintaining a reliable forecasting cadence.
• Create meticulous financial slides and performance narratives for the leadership team and Board of Directors.
• Optimize FP&A processes and templates using AI tools to improve operational speed and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A experience including forecasting, headcount planning, and budget management.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills, comfortable with large or imperfect datasets.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, written business performance narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a commitment to data integrity.
