What you will do

• Lead the Account Management pod as a player-coach, setting performance standards and establishing best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 ecosystem partners, including regulated asset issuers, financial institutions, and payment providers.
• Drive growth in tokenized real-world assets, payment operations, wallet adoption, and DeFi engagement.
• Design and optimize account management processes, governance frameworks, and operational assets.
• Identify, pitch, and structure cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with the Stellar ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to remove friction and support partner growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or account management within financial services, capital markets, or asset management.
• Deep knowledge of the traditional asset lifecycle, including issuance, custody, and secondary-market trading.
• Experience managing institutional relationships and navigating operational and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and asset tokenization.
• Strong strategic thinking, market intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of compliance requirements for securities, tokenized assets, and financial regulations.
• Experience working across technical and business stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of Stellar features and its ecosystem.
